Making a crisp and refreshing slushy with a hint of vodka and fresh lime juice to brighten it up!

2 cups cranberry juice (not cranberry juice cocktail)
1/3 cup white sugar
1/4 cup vodka
1/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice

Tip: Place serving glass/glasses into the freezer so when you serve your slushy it will stay cold longer.

In a medium pot on high heat, add cranberry juice and sugar; bring to a boil and sugar melts. After it comes to a boil, turn off the heat and cool completely. Place cool cranberry juice into a 9x13 inch baking dish. Add vodka and lime juice to the cranberry juice and whisk all together. Place baking dish into the freezer for 2 hours. After 2 hours, grab a fork and scrape the ice crystals. Place back into the freezer for 5 hours. (Scrape occasionally every hour) Serve in glasses, garnish with Mint, optional.
