Today was a pretty productive day with it looking as though the Australian Qualifyer for the Travis Bagent Super Series Finals likely to take place on Sat the 14th of April.

Other than that training is humming along nicely at the moment with new strength in the arm feeling tremendously valuable.

Despite the temptation to just keep training arm, today I got back to what I do best....hand control.
