This isn't an instructional video just some proof that it is possible. All you need is a 3DS, internet connection and a game from a different region for this example I was using Pocket Monster X (which I got for under £10 last year).

note: I did not create this hack or have anything to do with it, this does not promote piracy as running pirated software is not possible through this method this is simply to let you play games you purchase from other areas in the world, and the big mistake Nintendo had made for making this region locked.
