Nice to see the Budd consist again! VIA Rail F40PH-2D locomotives 6451, 6452, and 6418 lead VIA Rail passenger train 14 - the eastbound Ocean (Montreal, PQ to Halifax, NS) at Marsh Junction on approach to Moncton, NB running a little over an hour late with the stainless steel HEP Budd consist including parkcar Assiniboine Park. VIA had to substitute a Budd set to replace the Renaissance set that derailed in Halifax on November 25th which resulted in several of the cars being damaged. VIA does not have another Renaissance set at this time so it is not known how long the Budd consist will be used. The full consist is 6451, 6452, 6818, baggage car 8608, coaches 8119, 8137, 8139, skyline 8501, dinning car Palliser, sleepers Chateau Bienville, Chateau Dollier, Brock Manor, Chateau Brule, Chateau Roberval, and parkcar Assiniboine Park.
