Leung was among the first batch of undersecretaries to be appointed by chief executive Donald Tsang in 2008. Leung's previous job was at the Hong Kong Monetary Authority as its executive director. She had also served on the Asian Wall Street Journal for 10 years after graduating with a Master of Science degree from Columbia University. In this video, chief business reporter Enoch Yiu quizzes the Undersecretary on a variety of topics ranging from the Lehman Brothers mini bond fiasco to regulatory reform, to her once previous job as a reporter.
