Drawing on millions of internal C.I.A. documents, the U.S. Senate Intelligence committee released a report this past Tuesday on the CIA's detention and interrogation program. As U.S. President Barack Obama said last August, "We tortured some folks." The Agenda examines the Senate's report, its consequences - as well as Canada's role in the CIA's interrogation program.
