I have played the game "don't look at the ball" before. This was very fun when I was in Vancouver last year, but in Remi's workshop, I learned about "looking at the ball with intention" and playing between the two world's. This is a bit of emotional/flow work. OH ! And my neck feels better! YAY! I was getting tired of leg rolls anyway ;)
