"Originally uploaded to our Mischief.tv website back in Feb 2009. This video was featured on NBC4 Washington in January 2010. NBC interviewed the MD State Police and the police said that they were aware of this kind of racing but couldn’t do anything unless an officer witnessed it. This was back in 09 when most of us had flip phones. There wasn’t a lot of people using their cell phones to record reckless behavior to show the police. After the broadcast, the police did not contact anyone involved in this video. I cannot get a hold of the news report. All I know is that it aired on the evening of January 17, 2010 based on a Tweet I posted" - Dustin . DESCRIPTION: . In early 2009, a friend organized a 50+ vehicle caravan that started from Rockville, MD and ended at ISP Racing in Greenbelt MD. The first group of vehicles left Rockville and took the top of the Beltway East 26 miles to ISP. The rest of the vehicles took the Beltway West into Virginia and looped around 57 miles to ISP. This video documents the second group (30 cars and bikes) that turned the Beltway into a racetrack. . SONG: Patrick Bunton - This Beat is what you need (DJ Dean Remix) .
