Xu Niansha speaks to the responsibility of Chinese companies in the reform

The Chinese economy is an important engine of growth for the world. How well the economy will do has a lot to do with how Chinese companies are transforming themselves, especially the big ones. "It's painful, but it's our responsibility, we should do that," said Xu Niansha, a CPPCC member, and chairman of the board for the Poly Group, a Fortune 500 company from China. Xu told Tian Wei ahead of the Two Sessions that his company has to take the lead in cutting ties with the past for this transformation and do it efficiently.
