BUTLER COUNTY, Ohio (WKRC) - A judge sent a local man to prison for nine years for raping a teenager.

David Cross admitted attacking a girl from Trenton. He was sentenced Thursday, March 23, in Butler County, but still faces charges in Warren County.

Investigators there said he contacted a 13-year-old girl through an app, telling her he was 15. Then he met her at Kings Island, pulled her into the woods, and forced her to perform oral sex on him.
