A top U.S. general warned lawmakers on Capitol Hill Thursday, April 2nd, insurgent groups in Afghanistan and Pakistan are getting stronger and more violent. General David Petreaus outlined the administration's new strategy for Afghanistan and Pakistan, which includes more than 20,000 additional troops.
