Watch out very simple solution for Caste based Reservations in India so that people from general categories caste will stop protest for demanding reservation in educational college and government jobs.  (Voice : Hindi)

India’s unemployment condition is much critical. Lot of engineer and post graduates are unemployed now. They do not have hope to get good job in future too. Therefore lot of professional technologist are forced to do small job like teaching in Private school for 4000 or 5000 rupees only.

Every month, a million Indians become age-eligible to join the workforce, but the growth in jobs has not kept pace with the rising number of job seekers. As a result, unemployment has been on the rise, despite India supposedly being one of the brighter spots in a slowing global economy.

As a result now, many higher class caste protesting for getting reservation quote in OBC or SC/ST (Lower Caste System in India). 

Many protestors like Jat in Haryana blocked all boundaries of Haryana from neighbour state by sitting on Road and railway tracks (in February of 2016). 

Actually Reservation in OBC or SC quote will never solve the unemployment condition of India at all.

Indian government should try to control population of India by imposing some taxes on parent who have more than two kids. Government give some benefits to parent who have one kid only.

Lastly, Government should open more colleges or school according to population of cities as educated people have more chances to settle according to their abilities. 

Remember, if we grant 100 percent reservation to one caste, it will not be helpful to them, as job seekers are many thousands or millions, government jobs are just few hundreds.

 As result now many higher class castes in India are against caste-based reservation in India 

This problem can create political disturbance in India unless it is eliminated.

Many talented minds in India do not get proper education or jobs due to reservations. As result, they are feeling lot of pressure in school or colleges as they are not assure about their future.


The fact that many general category students do miss out on opportunities due to the reservation system.

Reservations should be purely based on economic status, but for that to be implemented effectively. By giving reservation on economic basis rather than on caste basis, we can ensure that the poor among the upper castes are not done injustice.

If you can not change reservation system in India, then we advice that the quote of general castes (Higher castes) should be fixed, it means talented student from lower castes can not be able to get jobs or seats in general category as there is already lot of pressures (general category have other religion students or job seeker too like Muslim or Christian etc) in general categories. This one step will stop all type of protest for getting quote in lower classes.

Consideration :

1) Reservations should be based on an individual's economic status and not be based on his caste. Its time the government understood that not all SC/STs are poor and not all who come in through the General category are rich.
2) Unemployment not only has financial impact but also has many social impacts like increase in cases of theft, violence and other criminal activities.
3) The unemployment rate amongst the educated youths reportedly increased with increase in their education level.

Note :

1) While the rising unemployment level among the youth in India is a worry, but a much bigger cause of concern is that with the rising level of education, the rate of unemployment has progressively increased.

2) In Indian education system, students are inspired for getting good marks but they are not encouraged on practical and new innovative ideas of business.  

The unemployment lever of India can be solved if students are encouraged to get skilled education from small classes. We can create new opportunities for them in new untouched fields like Games or Sports. (especially Olympics Games)
