The man deputies say shot and killed Bobby Duplechin in December is also charged with another murder. Joseph Delahoussaye is charged with second-degree murder in the 2016 death of Rachael Alexander. Delahoussaye was released on bond. Now, he's charged with first-degree murder in Duplechin's death.
