http://www.hardener.com Well here is anothe review of a Protein Bar if you watch my channel much you know I am seriously Trying to get my weght where it needs to be and really Lean up.. I use many different protein bars and drinks as part of My regular Nutrition an I must say these Big 100 from MET-Rx are GREAT although You may want to only eat Half or only use after a SERIOUSLY hard Workout they are A LOT of Protein and for the Most part i use them as a Treat or a snack. Eating Healthier foods is definatly the way to go ad will equal a leaner body everyime Protein is your friend when mixed with Proper Fiber Containing Carb for Best Results and the Biggest tip is this anytime You eat a Protein bar DRINK A BOTTLE OF WATER. Yes a Whole Bottle it will always make it digest better and fill you up more. I hope you enjoy these videos
