Roxy meets arguably the fittest couple in South Africa Dale and Andene Horne at their honeymoon destination of choice Mauritius. Here they share their secrets to sexy summer bodies and healthy living.

When fitness power couple Dale and Andene Horne met up, they found in each other an irresistible, shared love of wholesome living which even on a honeymoon escape, set the tone for the healthiest holiday we’ve ever seen. Taking its name from a village on the East Coast of Mauritius, the LUX Belle Mare Resort is a by-word for island hospitality which to this couple meant a sunrise horse-ride along the lagoon. Andene is a former international freestyle dancer, B. Com marketing graduate and wellness, fashion and lifestyle blogger. Dale is a Mr. South Africa and Cosmo Sexiest Man finalist, company director - and it’s their shared love of this way of living that in 2012 brought them together. Roxy met up with the gorgeous couple for a beach workout, snorkeling in the beautiful and tranquil blue waters and a quick smoothie session as Andene shows us how to whip up one of her healthy sweet treats.
