Getting mixed signals from CP25

I'm standing on the Track 2/4 platform at Tarrytown Station, when I notice the signal gets lit on Track 1 for a southbound.  Moments after it happens, it goes from flashing green to this mixture of flashing green and red, so I figured I would walk to the south end of the platform and take a short video about it.  I am not sure if this was a glitch, but it sure looked interesting.  Enjoy the question I ask.  If you have any questions about the video, feel free to message me.  Comments are welcome.
