Date/Time: 7/1/2018 - 12:12am City: San Diego Location 4500 block of Imperial Ave. (Mountain View) Incident Details: A male driving a Chevrolet Silverado came off the freeway off ramp at a high rate of speed and crashed into a cinder block wall in front of a residence. A neighbor heard the crash and confronted the male driver. The driver told the neighbor to not report him to the police. The male then proceeded Westbound down Imperial Ave. The neighbor stated the driver seemed to be under the influence of alcohol. San Diego Police will be investigating.
