This is Rags.  He is on his daily trip outdoors.  I take him outdoors everyday for fresh air and some Vitamin D.  He usually looks forward to it and wanders around the perimeter of my backyard and then goes back inside.  He is 18 years old - almost 19 in this video.  He is always supervised when he is outside.
