We are at Corning Way in Martinsburg, West Virginia, where we see Winchester and Western Railroad train WW-86, the local from Martinsburg to Hagerstown and back, as it drills cement cars for Essroc.  Power for WW-86 consists of GP38 2197 and GP38-2's 2689 and 2182.  Enjoy the view of the train as it switches and kicks cars in the small yard.
