Sultan al Amri, who designs his own range of watches for his watch and jewellery store Nur Majan in Al Araimi Complex, Qurm, has now turned his hand to a completely different product -- electric cars. "Nur Majan is an innovation company and although we started with watches, once we saw it going well, we decided to move to designing electric cars. I liked the idea because up until now there are no factories making Arab brand cars," said Sultan. "The idea of manufacturing electric cars was also environmentally motivated. It's thinking towards the future because as we know, petrol will run out one day, but electricity won't. Many car manufacturers are starting to think like this now."
