The South African Civil Aviation Authority has issued CemAir Pty Ltd wit Air Operator D certificate prohibition order for a period of 24 hours. The effect of this decision is that Cem Air is precluded from exercising any of the Judgment that relates to its Air operator's certificates. The operator is required to submit proof of compliance before the expiry of stated 24 hours or to make a representation and state reasons as to why the Air operator certificates should not be revoked.
