37 DWU Students Certified After Completion of Leadership Program

Twenty students of Divine Word University have received certificates for completing a leadership program on diversity and inclusion at the Madang campus. The “Diversity and Inclusion Leadership Program”’ aims to transform students to be leaders who are able to appreciate diversity and be inclusive in decision-making. DWU Registrar, Cecilia N’Drower, said the program was developed as a long-term impact project on promoting respect in national University and beyond its boundaries. So far, 37 students have applied to participate in the program next semester. Among the participants include two full time masters’ students.
