This video is taken at Kandaghat railway station on the narrow gauge Kalka - Shimla railway line. The 52451 Kalka - Shimla Shivalik Deluxe Express chugs slowly through the station without stopping and you can also see the token exchange taking place because it is a single line railway. The locomotive hauling the train was a ZDM-3 (numbered 705) and the rake consisted of 7 Deluxe First Class Chair Car coaches (the last one being partly for the guard as well. These narrow gauge so called 'express' trains are probably the slowest express trains in India. Date of video: 18th September, 2018
