I found the Octagon House museum of Neenah Historical Society through Common Ground, a seasonal networking event and party held at the Nonprofit Commons in Second Life. I asked Ethelred, aka David Dexter the Director of Neenah to give us a tour and share with us how they rebuilt their real world museum using the virtual world of Second Life as a prototyping tool. This is the first part of a two part series on the hosts of Common Ground, Ethelred & Zinnia of the Nonprofit Commons featuring their organizations.
