Reaching Star Hill Mario reads peoples wishes and Obtains the fourth Star Piece. Mario and Co. then head to Sea Side Town to see it being taken over by strange toads and the "Elder" wants the Star Piece in the Sea. Mario decides to take a break and stay at the Inn before departing.
