1) Play away from the hole (rather play about 4cm from the bridge)
2) Angle perpendicular to the top and 2th joint.
3) Shape and lenght of the thumb fingernail
4) Sanding technique
5) Avoid fist shape
6) Avoid resting fingers on top or on strings 
7) Avoid C shape 
8) Play in 45o angle 
9) Keep nail flexible (avoid acrilic hard nails)
10) Keep the index close to the thumb to balance weight.
11) Video record your practice and homework.
12) Make sure your forearm is rightly placed
