Well, I didn't really wanna' run Wesker, so I experimented with ways to get Frank out of level 1 solo, and I got this.  I like this, and from mid screen, it usually drags to corner, so yeah.  I wasn't sure about the wall bounce, if you could do much with it level 1, but, yeah this works.  

Note:
On smaller characters after the wall bounce relaunch, just do S on your way up, the heavy wont connect, knee drop to get back to the ground, then do your combo ender of choice.

By no means am I claiming to be the first person to ever find this or do this, but, I never really saw it in videos, so, I just felt like I'd record a video of it.
