The jailbreak is finally out and here for your using.  I walk you through how to jailbreak your iPhone4 or iOS4 device.  This Jailbreak works on iOS4 software, but not the beta.  The unlock will work on iPhone 3G and 3GS as I am not aware of an iPhone4 Unlock as of this posting.
