After my 15th day of yoga I was just randomly talking on video about my experience and it ended up being 20 minutes of me yapping about how my life was since January before the 30th day Yoga Challenge I am on. Then I decided to try and share the 3rd verse of the song "Care about us" that I recently wrote which you can read here http://undakova.blogspot.com/2015/02/blog-post.html. I really didn't want to bore you with that area of the video so here is a clip of me freestyling which was a combination of what topics I was talking about earlier Iand also the vibration of the song lyrics that I wrote but in freestyle form.
