Tusker has died in a suspicious way in a mango farm. The incident took place in Bangarupalyam in Naidu's farm in Kolar. The elephant was seen roaming in the forest area of Bangarupalyam for the past several days.

The elephants were destroying the crops and the residents had complained to the forest officials but the officials were not able to nab the herd of wild elephants.

The elephant had destroyed sugarcane and mangoes which had enraged the farmers because the farmers were not able to capture the elephants. The officials suspect that the farmers might have poisoned & killed the tusker.
