Anand.J currently heads the Creatives section of Spark n' Beyond Management Solutions Pvt. Ltd. He is one of the co-founders of the company. He had aspirations of becoming a space scientist in his childhood, went on to study engineering, hoped to become a writer and took the U-turn to become an entrepreneur. He hasbeen instrumental in shaping up the company from the scratch. He visualizes himself as an innovative and creative person and he feels that Spark n' Beyond fuels his ambition further. He is responsible for creating materials for corporate creativity stimulation workshops.

Gomathi Shankar K (alias GS) is currently the Lead Business Detective in Spark n' Beyond, a creativity hotspot that aims at stimulating original thought process and to give shape and strength to creative ideas. He graduated as an engineer from Government College of Technology, Coimbatore in Industrial Biotechnology and further pursued his MBA in Marketing. His passion for creative thinking ventured him to take the U turn from the scientific field of Industrial biotechnology to co-found Spark n' Beyond. Today, it has earned recognitions as a promising start-up by The Economic Times, CIIE of IIM-A and IIT Guwahati. He also has written a book of short-stories that spins around the interesting sub-plots in his life.
