We sit down with Ryan Cook of Nova Scotia, Canada, for a few beers and a few laughs at Bobby's Idle Hour in Nashville, TN. Our subjects range from dairy farming to country novelty songs. Mr. Cook is a bit of a time machine. He takes us back to when milk was delivered to your house, country was from the country, and songs were about things that mattered, written by people that gave a damn. I don't know what's in the water up there in Canadia, but music row ain't seen this style in awhile. Best of all, he's considering a move to Nashville, pending his green card.
