Minister of Communications, Stuart Young, says Government has taken notice of the complaints made by other Caribbean countries on Scotiabank's pull out of nine Caribbean countries and selling its assets to Republic Financial Holdings Limited (RFHL). At Thursday's Post Cabinet Media Briefing, Minister Young said the Government will continue to monitor the agreements at this time.
