The senate committee probing into events surrounding the Solai dam tragedy took to task farm owner Perry Kansagra Mansukh over the licensing of his dams one of which burst claiming 47 lives. The farm owner and his lawyers however requested for more time. Nakuru governor Lee Kinyanjui who also appeared before the committee questioned the objectivity of the committee.
