CrimsonRayne plays the PC version of Darksiders 2, which has finally been released in the US. He gives you his first impressions opinions, as well as a review of what he sees of the gameplay. He takes a look at the graphics options, PC keyboard controls, Xbox 360 pad controls, as well as the combat and storyline. 

This is a first impressions review, so will relate to about the first hour of gameplay. There are not many story spoilers here, as you only see the first few missions as well as the tutorial. You get a nice look at the skill/ability tree, the levelling up system, as well as the RPG elements of the game which include; loot, auto loot, equipping different types of gear, as well as gaining experience from killing enemies. The platform heavy nature and Prince of Persia Sands of Time style acrobatics are also commented on, such as how it flows and how it functions with the camera. 

Crimson gives a rather nice analysis and opinion on the combat system, how it feels, the weapon variety and whether or not it has a nice flow. Can it compete with the slick system of God of War? Watch to find out.
