This is a tutorial on how to run the watercolor action in PSE 14. The key items to insure the actions work properly are as follows: 1. Make sure the actions are loaded in the correct folder with the png, atn & xml files. 2. When creating a document make sure the background is set to transparent in the "new" dialog box. 3.
