While other home builders are scaling back or closing down, Jeff Benach and his partners, home building veterans, recently launched Lexington Homes to concentrate on city and suburban infill projects. In this part of a 5-part video Benach talks about home inspectors. His conclusion: if you're selected a quality builder you shouldn't need one but if a builder obstructs a home inspector, that's a warning sign.
