The French leader has ordered a reorganization of his parliamentary office after footage of his aide Alexandre Benalla, dragging a woman by the hair and hitting a protestor during the May Day celebrations went viral. Critics have hit out at the President for failing to acknowledge the incident and there have been suggestions it was even covered up.
