Matt Ciulla, PALS (Parties Are Lessons in Sharing) (2006): Access to Resources; Civic & Volunteer Engagement Sensitive to the feelings of youth who needed resources, Matt created the PALS program to bring much-needed supplies and clothing to kids in a fun way (through games at parties). He also recruited other students as volunteers so they could learn the joy of giving through their involvement in the program.
