Mapusa JMFC court has directed former Tourism Minister Dilip Parulekar to be present for hearing on Serula Communidade illegal land grab case on August 16. Former Attorney of Communidade Peter Martin and then Administrator of Bardez Communidade Irene Sequeira are also been summoned in the same case. The trio had failed to be present in the court despite High Court’s directive to Mapusa JMFC.
