The Clear's Tai Chi Beginner Curriculum (Level 1) was meant to quickly take someone with little to no experience up to a point where they can understand and use the underlying principles of Tai Chi Chuan without spending years learning a 108 move set. The program starts with teaching a short 8 move form, that soon evolves into a 13 move set- and using only these basic moves to build a working foundation and skillset. Choreography will only take you so far, and we believe it is important to dive into the actual internal skills as quickly as possible. Tai Chi Chuan is not a form- Tai Chi Chuan is formless fighting. The Clear's Tai Chi Intermediate Curriculum (Level 2) is a much more comprehensive program that, unlike level 1, will take considerable time and work to finish. Because of that, it is split into 5 major sections based on similar jins and skillsets that work together in an intuitive way. The sections take around 3 - 6 months to learn and practice fully. Because of the length and depth of the program- only small pieces of it are available YouTube- The bulk of instruction is available only on our Member Website.
