Sports leaders from 71 Commonwealth nations and territories have started arriving today in Edmonton, Canada, for the annual Commonwealth Games Federation (CGF) General Assembly - the highest authority of the Commonwealth Sports Movement. The 2016 General Assembly, hosted by Commonwealth Games Canada and the City of Edmonton, takes place from 5-7 October 2016 at the city’s Chateau Lacombe Hotel.
