This song is titled 追夢人 (Dream Chaser) and it's from the movie 天若有情 (A Moment Of Romance or literally translated to "If Only Love Exists In Heaven") starring 劉德華 Andy Lau. It was played when his girlfriend ran barefooted in her wedding dress to look for him. He was busy getting himself killed in a gang fight.
