This quick and easy Chilli Plum Sauce is perfect for dipping, as a marinade for pork or chicken and delicious as an accompaniment to rice. Why not give it a try for a sweet, fragrant , economical alternative to store bought varieties.

INGREDIENTS
pepper to taste
10 grams fish sauce
100 grams plum jam
5 gram crushed chilli
5 grams crushed ginger
5 grams crushed garlic.
30 grams rice wine vinegar
5 grams sesame oil

All at once into the thermochef speed 2 1 minute at 80 degrees.
ready to serve.
