Rice: Pakistan Must Cooperate with India

U.S. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice says Pakistan bears a "special responsibility" to help the investigation into last week's deadly terrorist attacks in Mumbai. Rice made the comments in New Delhi Wednesday during a visit aimed at defusing growing tensions between India and Pakistan following the attacks.
