Nick Freedman is a conscious leadership teacher. Nick spent the ﬁrst part of his career exploring his love of creativity, by producing advertising campaigns for global brands in London, Shanghai and Sydney. In 2003, underpinned with an intention to positively impact humanity, he launched soup, to teach business and non- proﬁt leaders how to mindfully feed their own potential.

His programs have helped people to work with purpose, lead consciously, build healthy cultures and use emergent dialogue as a tool for change. 'Ten questions I asked the ocean' weaves together Nick's experiences of navigating life consciously and supporting leaders on their growth journeys, with the inherent wisdom of the ocean, to inspire people to connect with and explore their innate capacity for self reﬂection.

In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group.
