How to whitening your teeth at home in 2 minutes with baking soda and lemon.

I have recently started whitening my teeth with baking soda and lemon and it really works. I do it once a week but if your teeth are not sensitive, you can do it twice a week. 

I would not recommend you to do it more than twice a week because it can weaken your enamel. 

If you do not have lemon or lime, you can mix the baking soda with water. This might not be as quick as the baking soda and lemon but it worth trying. 

Use your regular toothbrush and toothpaste for daily brushing. 

Use a different toothbrush for the teeth whitening. 

Do not use it on braces as it will make part of your teeth white and the one covered with braces dark.
