I did more research on the Paper Shavings bedding and it looks like it should be great for all the pets. Even though the large bag I have is marketed towards horses, it's the exact same product as their 'small pet' bedding, just in a much larger bag. It is made from directory paper, so it is supposed to be quite soft, and it is all vegetable based ink so it is safe.
