His physical attacks can deal a good amount of damage against a single character, so look out for that. Fira is most likely his weakest attack, so you should not have any problems with that at all. When Ifrit glows red, he's about to cast Flame, which can hit all of your characters for about 600+ damage. Not alot of damage, right? Curaja cures for about 1000+ if the whole team is selected.

Of course, Ifrit is weak against Blizzard-type attacks, so use that to your advantage. So, casting Blizzaga with Rydia is your best bet. Yang should use Deadly or Power, it depends on if you have it. Deadly is very effective against any type of monster and could easily deal 9999 damage if you're lucky. Kain should just Jump, because that's what he's good at, and have Cecil attack normally. Rosa should cast Holy when she's not healing.
