I had previously cleared this puzzle, but I cheesed it since I didn't use the red shell and 1 of the POW blocks. I asked Fly what the intended solution was, so I decided to clear it again using that method. The solution here differs wildly in the main setup, but they all end with using a P-Switch to block your jump so you can clip through the semisolids in a clown car.

For those interested, I uploaded a remake without the red shell and one of the POW blocks. See if you can figure out the cheese. :)
